Rayne was worried about what was going at Hogwarts. From the sound of it from a few select students within the walls things were not going at all well. Bellatrix Lestrange had been made headmistress to replace Dumbledore, The Carrows were teachers, and Snape was back as well, this was not good at all. She was scared for anyone who was not a Slytherin or pureblood...she knew how that lot was. They were not about to be the best teachers in the world.
She sat within the darkness of the forest, her eyes on Hogwarts and on the Hogwarts grounds all in the same time frame. She had taken it upon herself to make sure that nothing too horrible was going on there where she could see it. Maybe she should have brought someone else to give a report from within the castle itself but then she thought better of it in the end, she would not risk a child getting hurt.
As useful as having someone report to her would be all she could do was watch and wish for some student to come wandering out of the castle and for them to be the right kind of person. She was not up for dealing with some daughter or son of a death eater crossing paths with her at the moment. She was too worried about the safety of the innocent ones to quarrel or anything like it. She was always the patient one of them all but she had no idea how long her patience could last with some spoiled child.
Her eyes took their time to adjust to the darkness around her. It didn't take that long for it to happen but she was grateful when it did. She could see much more clearly now though it was still pretty dark. She would have lit the area but that would make her chances of getting caught by a death eater or one of the many who believed in what he was doing, no she would just sit there in complete dark and watch what was going on.
