Nickname/s: Ray,Rayne Payne
Age: 35
Blood: Muggleborn
Gender: Female
Loyalty: Order
Wand: Birch,Unicorn Hair,15 inches
Marital Status: Engaged
Spouse: None
Children: None
Personality: She is a very sweet girl but not easily broken. She loves to see a smile on someone's face and will do almost anything to put it there if they're upset. She has a 'loving life' attitude all of them time, even in the most serious of times, she believes everything happens for a reason and things that do occur can't be changed, it's fate planning everything out for that person or those people. Sure she's sad or feels at loss when someone gets hurt or dies but she doesn't let that alter how she feels or what she does. She is one of the sweetest people possible, she friendly to everybody...even if they are as rude as rude can be to her. Like everyone else she has her dark side, it's a natural part of life and she's not ashamed of it but she tries to keep that side of her hidden and it would take a lot to bring it out of her. She was raised to be nice and polite but not to let people take control of her. She's against what Voldemort's doing and wants to see his down fall.
She has a fiercer side to her that not many see unless others are to threaten her family. They can say whatever they want to her as long as nothing happens to any of them. She is very passionate about family or anyone who is especially close to her. It is them that she'll give her life for and she is the type who can be shy but still very confident in what she does.
History: Rayne was born on April.5 to muggles Kristal Marcuchio(Nee Glass) and Arnold Marcuchio who were more than pleased for their first to be a precious baby girl. When she was a year they gave birth to a set of triplets who too were girls and the parents decided that they wanted more. A couple of years later they had one more girl and then the year following that they had one more totaling up to six little girls and they stopped at that, wanting to have no more children because they were already proud with the ones they had.
Rayne was the first witch in her family and to her it came as a shock but to her parents it was a blessing. When she was accepted to attend Hogwarts she couldn't have been more excited and couldn't wait to see the castle. She read everything she could about the wizarding world just to know somewhat to expect, normally she isn't a big reader unless she needs to read it but the books on Hogwarts and famous witches and wizards captured her and she couldn't put them down though she only read them once. Even though she read books about Hogwarts she was amazed when she saw the castle, it really wasn't what she was expecting, it was much much more than she had anticipated.
She has always tried her hardest to make something out of her life and she wants to work towards being a healer one day after she leaves the school but she's not expecting it too much as she doesn't know what the future will bring her but she still strives to do her best. All of her life she has been taught a certain way and she applies it to her daily life because she knows that what she was taught as a young child will make a difference in her life as an adult. Once the war against the dark lord is over and she's still alive through it all she really wishes to complete her dream of being a healer, she might even try to be a school nurse somewhere if she works towards that.
During the first war she lost her entire family besides her littlest sister Claire. After the war was done and the dark lord vanished off to who knows where she went into hiding and for years she was not seen or heard of by the magical world. For all anyone knew she had died. She raised Claire from the time that she was in school to the time she had turned seventeen. She let her sister go to Hogwarts and she heard of her final year at the school. When the dark lord was once more causing terror she returned, a burning fury within her...she would not sit by and let the pain and suffering occur without putting up a fight.
She still has nightmares of her families death and how she wished that she could have done more to protect them in the long run. Those are the thoughts that haunt her dreams constantly. She feels so weak for not being able to do more. Claire has questions for her about what they were like but she never really answers them, she believes in letting time go by on its own terms and she pushes the past to the side...she is not one to relive it all again. RP Sample (min of 3 paragraphs): "Rayne Angeline Marcuchio, get yourself out of that bed this instant!" Came the voice of Kristal Marcuchio shouting at her oldest daughter who was sound asleep in her room. Yawning Rayne sat up and placed her feet firmly on the ground below her and waited for the last bit of tiredness to leave her. She flopped down on her side, her head gently resting on her pillow, black hair fanned out on it as well and she closed her eyes once more only to be shaken seconds later by one of her sisters, the youngest one to be at that. She opened her eyes and stared at the equally dark haired and eyed girl as she spoke "Rayne Payne Mummy says you need to be up this instant, she has a surprise for you." Her little sister said and she smiled at the nickname she had been given, pushing some of her hair out of her face "Thank you Claire Bear, tell her I'll be down in fifteen minutes at the most." She said standing up this time and she hugged Claire good morning. She had taken a particular liking to that sister as they had so much in common, the biggest thing being that they were both witches and Claire would be starting her first year at Hogwarts this coming year. She watched as her sister walked out of her room and closed the door behind her.
She walked to her closet and picked out her simplest out fit, a white shirt and black pants with her normal black shoes...she wasn't so big on the appearance factor...she just wanted to wear something that was comfortable but still looked proper enough to be seen in, something that wasn't her night things that was. She was going to her mirror when she heard her mothers irritated voice again, right outside her door now. "Rayne, are you almost finished? You have a guest waiting for you...she's been dying to see you and you can't even be ready to greet someone when they come to visit?" She said and Rayne had to stop herself from laughing at how she was being, she had only been getting ready for five minutes and she was acting as if she had been getting ready for hours though that wasn't how she was, appearances weren't that important to her as they were to other girls who thought too highly of how they looked. Even if her mother was over exaggerating a bit she couldn't help but wonder who could be there to see her, she hoped it was her cousin who she hadn't seen in ages, the two had been bestfriends since they were babies in diapers until now as they were finally seventeen. It was hard for her to keep up with her family and go to Hogwarts at the same time; she had to hide the fact that she was a witch from most of them in the first place, her cousin knew that she was and she accepted that but she wasn't so sure as to what her parents would say so she kept her mouth shut. She looked in her mirror and threw her hair up into a ponytail like she did most mornings when she had an awakening such as that one where her mother got angry with her for not being ready in two seconds. She checked to make sure her hair was somewhat presentable before she quickly put on her usual small amount of makeup and ran out of the room, hopeful to see who the surprise guest was.
When she reached the landing she saw a mass amount of wavy blond hair that could only belong to one person. "Michelle!" She shouted as she ran to her cousin and bestfriend. "It's so good to see you." She said hugging her and she was even more pleased when she hugged her tighter, she hadn't seen her in forever and now they were together again...they had so much to talk about and she couldn't think of a place to begin but she figured that it would all unravel itself, she would let her go first when it came to telling what school had been like over the months they were apart, in two completely different worlds.
