Madison listened to Draco talk to her as if she were some housemate of a lower class. She rolled her eyes at him. Did he really think that she would actually be like 'Oh, I'm sorry. You're totally right and oh so powerful'? He must be out of his mind. She would not put up with his ego. Not now and not ever.
She looked him up and down as if she were sizing him up. Since when was he such a jerk? "Um, excuse me, Draco but do you know who you're talking to like that? I can do the same amount of damage as you can. Need I remind you that our fathers are practically twins and I pretty much know your family as well as you know your own family? And need I remind you that I am not going to sit here and let you talk to me like a snob? Because you're not. You're just as good as the rest of us and trust me, you're no angel." She hated his ego, along with other people that were in Slytherin with the same attitude. They aren't better than anyone else. Anyone could be a Death Eater if they really wanted. Maybe he resented her so much because she is not a Death Eater and doesn't have the intention to be one.
She stood with her hands in the pocket of her hoodie, looking to Elric now. "I used to play.. well, for a week. Then I stopped because I sucked at it and my father didn't want me to play. He said it wasn't something purebloods do or whatever," she told him, shrugging her shoulders.
When she heard Brielle's question she looked back to Draco. Why was he here? Not to find someone obviously. It was for a specific reason.

Draco inclined his head towards Elric, noting his acceptance of the thanks. Draco then simply watched Brielle. She had taken some marigolds, and made them into a lovely crown, to be placed upon her head. A gentle smile crept upon his lips. "That crown looks lovely upon your head, Brielle." He told her honestly. He again inclined his head, but this time in recognition of her words.
"I do not quite know." This was a lie. He was not going to reveal his weakness in front of these other people, ones he hardly knew, save Madison. It was not in his nature to reveal any weaknesses in front of any people, no matter their loyalty or position. He was not to tell him of those vibrant blue eyes that haunted him every night. No, they had not need to know that. "I just felt an urge to wander the corridors."
Turning to Madison, her harsh words caught his ear. The light smile slipped from his lips, his eyes lowered into a glare. "I do know who you are, thanks Madison. I have known you since before I could walk. Do you think I could forget. However, you are forgetting that my bloodline is more superior than yours. Should this be in the times of old, you could be put in jail for such talk to me?" He liked Madison, she was a friend of his, and some would think more. However, it was true that she was lower, but only just. Madison was one of the few people that could actually get under his skin; and get away with it. However, he was not going to take her nuts here, not now.

Madison watched with interest as Brielle made a crown out of marigolds and placed it upon her head. It reminded her of the days she would stick flowers behind her ears and run around her backyard without a care in the world. "I used to put flowers behind my ears when I was younger," she told Brielle, a slight smile on her lips.
When Draco's answer was that he didn't know and he was just wandering the halls, she had a feeling he was lying. No one just wanders the halls. Not even Draco.. not even me. If she truly wanted to find out, she would have to take it upon herself, at a different time of course, to ask. He wouldn't say infront of them. He might not even tell her.
"I do know who you are, thanks Madison. I have known you since before I could walk. Do you think I could forget. However, you are forgetting that my bloodline is more superior than yours. Should this be in the times of old, you could be put in jail for such talk to me?"
At Draco's reply, Madison let out a frustrated sigh. Sometimes, she wanted to knock his lights out. The things he said just made her want to beat him. He spoke of his bloodline like she actually cared. It didn't matter to her. She didn't hold the fact that she wasn't the purest of blood close to heart. It was a way of life. She didn't have control over the fact her cousin married a half-blood. Oh well. She dealt with it.
"If I could, I'd punch you in the face," was all she said. The smile she had prior grew across her face. She knew that he knew that he never took her seriously on something like that. Sometimes the two of them resembled that of a married couple. They would fight and fight but in the end they would some how figure it out because they were friends. Granted other students thought that something more was going on between the two behind closed doors but whenever asked, they simply denied it.

"Oh, well thank you." Brielle leaned back on her elbows and smiled at Draco. Of all the people who could have said something about her flower crown, she least expected Draco Malfoy to be the one who said something nice. She wasn't sure how to reply without sounding completely star-struck either. In truth she was, but that was beside the point. This was the first time she'd really talked to Draco outside of Quidditch, and somehow she felt like her naturally flirtations personality was going to mess everything up.
Brielle sighed and let her eyes drifted back up to the sky, trying to make out different constellations. It was one of those exceptionally clear nights, the type that would have been perfect for an Astronomy class. Brielle was almost to the point of spacing out, so she listened to the slight row between Draco and Madison halfheartedly. She was caught a bit off guard when Madison spoke to her, but she didn't show it. "I used to do that too, but the flowers always fell out. I guess that's how I got into making crowns." Brielle remembered how she used to out by the ruins in Spain to play. She'd have her mom plait her hair with flowers through it and she'd pretend like she was a princess. "Do you ever wish you could be that young again?" she asked dreamily.
Sighing, Ellie brought herself back to the present. She listened to more of the conversation between Madison and Draco, and half wondered what Elric made of all this. Wide-eyes, Brielle looked at Madison in shock when she heard her say she would punch Draco if she could. In that moment Brielle decided that she liked Madison. She made a mental note to find her alone and talk to her, because she thought they might just wind up being friends.
Brielle looked at Draco Malfoy with a bemused expression resting upon her face. Sometimes she wished she was a Legilimens and not and Occlumens. There were a few people that made her want to know what was going on inside their head. Other people just seemed so in their own world that she couldn't help but to be curious. Right now, she really wanted to know what could have possibly brought him outside. Obviously, he wasn't going to tell her. Brielle supposed it was fair, after all, he hadn't asked her what she'd meant when she explained why she was out after hours. Still, Brie didn't believe that 'he just felt an urge to wonder the corridors'. Even I don't do that. But oh well, I guess I can't know everything.
