Annie had awken from another nightmare again. But only this time it seemed to be real. Why Miles? she wanted to know, putting on her bathrobe. What did Miles have to do with anything? She sighed as she walked out of the girls' dorms. That means she will have to be extra protective of her little sister. Like a mother hen, she thought and giggled.
There was no one around at the time: of course with it being midnight and all, she thought, sitting herself into a couch. Her thoughts returned to her nightmare and she shivered. So thats Voldemort, she mused. She forced that thought out of her mind. She frowned, thinking how she could protect Miles from anything happening to her. Unless it already happened?

Hallie could not sleep that night. The night was just different. She felt different and she had no idea why. She sat on her bad for a few minutes, thinking of a nice thing to do. Maybe she should go to the kitchens and talk to the house elves or to the grounds where the lake would be cool as always. She sighed and layed back, hoping that she would be able to sleep.
After about ten minutes of trying to shut her eyes, she gave up. God, I'm starting to become a night owl. She thought, shaking her head, as she slid out of bed and slipped on her slippers. She tiptoed her way out of the girl's dorm so as not to wake up anyone, who unlike her, would like to sleep.
When she stepped out of the dorms, she was surprised to see her big sister there, she was alone. She wondered what the eldest Appleby was doing up so she smiled at her. "Hey, what's up?" She asked, sensing that Annie was thinking about something.

Miles woke up with a start. She was dripping with sweat and her eyes were bugging out. She had had another vision, one that involved both of her sisters. Annie was in some sort of pain and Hallie was in torture. She rubbed her eyes. There was a chance it was just a nightmare, not completely a vision. Right? I mean, every dream she had didn't necessarily have to be a vision. For instance, she had a dream that she was riding this parrot-horse thing and that never came true. She exhaled sharply and got dressed in her uniform. Uggh. It was a Monday, she loathed Mondays.
Miles tramped down the stairs. "You shouldn't worry about it, Miles," she muttered to herself. "It's just a nightmare... it's over." Was it something to tell her parents? No, they'd be too worried and send for her at once. She shoved her hands in her pockets and sighed. But what if her sisters were in danger. Easy, Camille thought, I'll just do something to prevent the trouble. But if, in the process of preventing the trouble, it actually caused the trouble... Miles was stumped there.
Miles decided to think it over in the Common Room. When she got there, both her sisters were already there. "Hey," she called softly, sitting down on a chair. She smoothed out her skirt with sweaty palms and seemed a little bit troubled and stiff... but only a bit. Nothing that her sisters would question, right?

Annie frowned and turned. She grinned a little, seeing her kid sisters. "Heya Hallie, Mi-Mi," she said, using her nickname for Miles. She looked at her little sister carefully. "You have been having those nightmares to Mi?" she asked slowly. Annie made a face at Hallie. "I forgot you know me so well Halli," she told her second little sister. She shrugged. "Had another one of those annoying nightmare," she growled.
[OOC: sorry I havent been on. was grounded again]

"Hiya Miles!" Hallie greeted her little sister. The moment she saw Annie a while ago, she felt that something was fishy and the appearance of Miles sort of confirmed the her assumption. Well at least that was what she thought.
Hallie eyed Annie and Miles curiously, she keeped a specially curious eyes at Annie. She could feel that something was up, the two need not tell her. She could sense it already. "Oh." That was all that Hallie could manage. She was not sure if she wanted to know what the dream was about that time or not so she just kept quiet for a while as she eyed Miles, slently waiting for her answer. [[oh. it's alright Ann]]

Miles opened her mouth, then closed it. The action repeated over and over when she figured out the facts- there was no possible way to lie to her sisters. "Yes," she said slowly. Maybe she could make something up. "Uh... Slytherins... uhm... won Quidditch Tournament." Hoo boy. That'd be a nightmare. Silver and green banners lining the Dining Hall. Yeesh. That was scary. Miles hugged her knees to her chest and put on a fake smile. "How about some pie?!" she said. "Everybody loves pie!"

Annie raised an eyebrow up at her little sister. She knew that she was lying. But she did not want to pressure her little sister. She leaned forward and whispered, "Mi-Mi, you're forgetting that I do have these dreams as well. If there's anything you need to tell us, please so I know what to do."
Annie loved her little sisters to death and she would do almost anything for them. And they knew it as well. Her face instantly went into a smile as she straightened then jumped hugged Miles, thinking that was what the girl wanted. At least to make her cheered up for real. She hated seeing her sisters in any kind of pain.

Miles blushed a bit. "Yeah..." But did all of the dreams necessarily have to be bad ones? She raised an eyebrow, as if answering her own question. Slytherins winning House Championship would be bad. "Help! I'm being attacked by a psychic bind of energy!" Miles yelped, blinded by an object that had flung itself towards her. She looked up and raised both eyebrows. "Hello, Annie." she said pleasantly, her voice muffled in Annie's robes.

Annie cackled as she stood, still holding Miles by the neck. "Headlock!" she yelled and rubbed her hair, messing it up. She grabbed Hallie with her other arm and she did the same thing. "I'm inferior!" she said happily, dancing around. "And MiMi I would choose my words very carefully if I were you," she added happily with one of her sly evil grin.

"Gasp!" Miles was attacked by one of Annie's famous headlocks. Her hair got messed up but she didn't care. Who cared about neat hair anyways? If she wasn't in a headlock at the moment, she could return the favor, but, unfortunately, she was. Miles face flushed. "What are you talking about?" she said. "I'm choosing my words very carefully." Miles's eyes widened. "Hallie! Look out!" Too late. Annie had grabbed her too. Now they had no power. Ah, this was just like home.

Hallie was positive that everything that came out of her little sister's mouth is a big fat lie. She did not doubt about it at all. Judging by her actions... she is lying. "I agree with Ann" Hallie nodded and beamed at Miles. "I know I suck at Divinations but I can help ya with Charms." She joked to lighten the mood up.
Hallie laughed as Annie jumped on their little sister. She just loved seeing the two happy. It makes her happy too. She cracked even more when she heard one of Annie's famous lines. "Headlock!" The next thing she knew, she was in a headlock, just like Miles and gasped. Her little sister warned her but it was too late.

"Generals don't back-talk to me," Annie pretended to bark. She was still dancing around. "For I am the captian and commander of the unit. Any complaints will result in two hours of dealing with Annie Appleby's most famous chamber-the chamber of death!" her eyes sparkled with delight. She was having fun with this. She also had recited what her little sisters would call one of her famous quotes.[/color

Hallie listened to Annie's speech with faked baited breath. She tried not to crack this time for she always does around Annie but she just could not help it. She laughed at her sister's well chosen words plus the way she had said it.... it was really FUNNY. That quote is listed on the little book of Annie Appleby's Most Famous Quotes. "Aye! Aye Captain!" Hallie replied, laughing. "I shall not complain." She added, still laughing.

"Yes sir!" yelled Miles as she was instructed to. She wiggled suprisingly out of Annie's grasp and went on the carpet. "One one-thousand, two one-thousand," Miles barked as she did multiple push ups. She dropped. 'Army' was a fun game of the three. Or whatever they called it. Annie started it one day and the girls just eventually caught on. If Annie ever wrote a book on her life, two pages would be filled with that famous quote of hers in REALLY big font size. You can see why it'd take two pages.

Annie cackled evily. Her eyes sparkled with mischief. She danced around. "You know you two should trust me," she told them, eyes twinkling. "For I have power over you," she suddenly boomed.
She suddenly jumped on Miles and began wresling with her.
