"I don't know yet," said Luke, "I'm thinking of going, but then it's such a hassle to find a date and everything. I would help you too Vincent, but you know I don't roll that way. Though, I'm willing to go if you go."
Luke would outright refuse to go at all if his sister hadn't insisted for him to attend the ball. Since she didn't go to Hogwarts, she couldn't go to the ball. She had pleaded Luke to go and then tell her everything that happens. Luke was still reluctant. He didn't really want to find a date and no matter what he decided to do for the ball, his older brother would tease him to no end.
Luke stood up, ready to leave. He saw Vincent mouthing at him and decided that it was time to go.
"Come on Vincent," said Luke, "I can help you back to the dormitories if you like."

The black-haired teen cracked a small smile. "I know you don't." he replied then sighed. "We can just go stag. Maybe we can ask Kaiden to go with us." he suggested then shrugged. "I doubt he'd agree, though, huh?"
"I can help you back o the dormitories if you like."
Vincent was infinitely glad to have a friend who understood him so well. "Yes, please." he said and shifted the covers away, moving to stand up and follow after his fellow Ravenclaw. Ugh, he was feeling rather out of it. He stumbled and clung to the bedpost and gave Luke a sheepish look. "I think I'll be needing that help a little more than I thought I would."

"Kaiden would never go with us, even if he's going," agreed Luke. "Anyways, I have an idea. I'll tell you later. It's almost a win-win situation. Well, actually, it's more of a win for me and less for you. And we would also need some outside help."
Luke watched as Vincent got out of the bed and stumble as he tried to follow him. Luke chuckled.
"I think I'll be needing that help a little more than I thought I would."
Luke walked over to Vincent and wrapped one of his arms around the other Ravenclaw's waist. With little effort, Luke was able to support his friend.
"I bet you're just loving this," muttered Luke into Vincent's ear so that only his friend could hear.

"Because what Vincent needs is 'less win'" the boy said with a snort. Vincent had expected to be easy to move since he didn't weigh a lot, he was pretty scrawny after all. Besides that, he helped all he could. Trying not to lean too much on Luke.
"I bet you're just loving this,"
Vincent gave another snort - it seemed to be his way of showing amusement. "Don't flatter yourself." he breathed in response.
