Tears rolled down Miles's face as two Death Eaters dragged her into Lord Voldemort's lair. Their cold hands were wrapped around both of her wrists. She was pulled up to Voldemort across the icy stone floor. She shivered and tried to wriggle free of the Death Eaters' grasps. She dared not say anything. One wrong move and she could be dead.
"We've brought in another one, Lord Voldemort," said one of the Death Eaters. With his hand still on Miles, he bowed down on the floor and kiss Voldemort's feet. He stood up abruptly with a sharp pull from Miles. "Let me go!" shouted Miles. She was only eleven.

Voldemort laughed coldly. "Ah...such a victorious day." He smirked. "Do not fight young one. It will only make it worse for you." He looked at his two servants and told them to stay just in case. "Hufflepuff I believe? Hmm...very loyal."

Miles ignored Voldemort and kicked at the Death Eaters. Their grip just tightened. "Loyal to the Order of Merlin," she growled. If her hands were free, she could reach her wand and "test" some stuff out on Voldemort and his henchmen. If her neck was long enough, she could bite the Death Eaters. But that'd be just plain gross.
Even as a Seer, no visions came in sight. Aggh, why couldn't she have any visions when they were needed? "Lord Voldemort, she's putting up a fight," smirked one of the Death Eaters, responding to Miles's fidgeting. "What do you suppose we can do to her?"

"Will any of you learn not to the say the name!?" He yelled out. "Punish her severely." He narrowed his eyes. "Perhaps in time you will learn your place." He walked back over to his seat. "And loyalty."

Miles gulped, thinking about what she was gonna say. Oh, wait, too late. "You're scared of punishing me yourself?!" she screamed at him. "If you were truly the greatest sorcerer you wouldn't have your henchmen doing all your work!" She looked at him coldly, her brown eyes flaming with hot tears (which were draining). "I dare you to fight me yourself." she hissed. Oh Merlin, what was she thinking? She was eleven and had just discovered her powers. He's had powerful experience and she was no Harry Potter.

Voldemort rose from his seat, his eyes turning into slits as his nose flared. He swooped down to her and threw his Death Eaters off of her. He took out his wand, "You asked for it." Voldemort wasnt afraid at all. Whatever gave anyone that idea? "Crucio!"

Thanks Vold... how'm I suppose to reply to this now? xD Sorry for the Miles defies the curse thing. How else am I gonna get the show on the road again? =P
Miles was in torture. Her body felt like she was a voodoo doll, sharp, pains prodding her all over her. She must've looked like she was having a seizure. With her last drop of energy, she defied the curse and grabbed her wand. She was dripping with blood. She looked up at Voldemort and glared at him. "Aguamenti!" A stream of water shot out and hit Voldemort in the face. She smirked. When the stream of water ended, she repeated the spell and the whole cycle came over again. "Avis!" she yelled after she had enough of Aguamenti. A flock of birds came in and started pestering Voldemort.

Voldemort jeered and sent a snake shape of fire at the birds and burned them. He turned and looked at her and pointed his wand at her and used a non-verbal, Accio Wand! "Do not doubt me young one." He dried the water from his face and laughed. "I am cold enough."

Miles's wand flew from her hand. She had to hide her anger and just remain calm. "Okay." she answered calmly. "I don't doubt you. I don't doubt that you're an idiot." She raised her fingers, snapped, and her wand returned back to her wand. What is going on with me? thought Miles. Where did she get all these powers? Not that she had a dislike for them... it was just when and where had her powers decide to advance?

Voldemort's eyes flared softly, and then he surprisingly calmed down. "Why will you not serve me?" He asked out of curiousity. He eyed his servants and had them back off. He perched on top of the arm of his chair and waited patiently.

Voldemort's expression softened but that didn't mean Miles's did too. "Why did you choose on harming that Potter family?" she asked. Hey, it was a question but at the same time it was an answer. If she chose to serve him, she'd rank just as low as him and that was with the idiotic Slytherins. She nibbled on the tip of her wand and waited for Voldemort's reply. I know what you're thinking, that she's a foolish person... because you're right.

"Foolish." Voldemort rolled his eyes. "My will was out of grasp in that early time line." He uttered softly. "Besides they rank far below us." He smirked softly and placed a finger on his chin softly. "I offer so much more then others."

"P-please, Lord Voldemort, she's only a girl." a Death Eater pleaded. Shut up, thought Miles, rolling her eyes. She could fight her own battles, thanks. "Look, I have more important things to do, like figure out what that vision means." Miles said. Being a Seer wasn't fun. She had recently seen a vision whereas both her sisters were in torture... by Lord Voldemort? No, no, no... but there was nothing more evil than Voldie, right? Well, in the wizarding world, maybe, but they were all Muggle-borns... it could've been from the Muggle world. Forgetting where she was, Miles paced back and forth, thinking.

Voldemort laughed, and killed his Death Eater. "Why should I let you go?" Voldemort smirked. He leaned his head back in the chair, and fiddled with his snake. "Give me a good reason."

Miles watched the Death Eater fall to the floor. "Well," she said, twirling her wand, "that went rather well." Miles groaned, put her hands on her face, and slowly slid them off. "I just said," she explained, "I have a lot of homework and stuff to work out. Like so..." She wiggled her nose and a pile of potions homework popped up in a stack in front of Voldemort's chair. "See? This is just potions." Wow, for an evil villain, he was pretty stupid.
